Overall, the mask is very heavy. Not something you really wanna walk around in best to lay down and place mask on your face and close your eyes. Another issue is the head strap. Best way to deal with this situation is an adhesive Velcro. That way you can adjust it to your liking without killing your head. I haven’t had it long enough to see extensive results, but I’m happy with it so far. I hope this helps.

I do like the mask a lot more than others I’ve tried. It was missing a manual, but I was able to read it on another company’s website. I do wish it came with goggles, since it’s really too bright to have my eyes open. I haven’t had it long enough to give a results review, but I like it so far.

I think it's working! I've been using it religiously for a few weeks focusing only on red light, but recently incorporated white light as well. My face is more even toned and not as red. I feel the white light makes my face softer. I'm fifty years old and have recently lost about 30 pounds so my face has more fine lines than it'd like. I'm hoping this reduces them along with my serums and moisturizers that I use. This is me without make-up or filters. There is still some redness but as mention above, it's better than before. As for the fine lines, that's going to take more time but I'm hopeful those will decrease a bit as well.

The first mask that I ordered was malfunctioning and customer service was very easy to work with. Another mask was sent to me and it works just fine. I’ve had a positive experience. The only reason I gave this 4stars is the strap on it. It doesn’t have a slot that works for my head. Not a big deal. I still like the product.

I have been using the mask for several weeks. I do think it is helping my skin though it is still early yet. I love how easy it is to turn on and to change colors. Tap tap tap. And I love that does not have a cord. Just the mask. You can do what you want to do. Since it has hard shell, it does restrict some movement. But I like knowing the lights are in the correct location on my face.

I've been using my cleopatra mask for a month everyday for 15 minutes. I'm hoping after 3 months of use I will see results. I use the red, green and white therapy settings. I'm 63 years old with very little wrinkles. I am hoping to achieve a little tightening and fading of certain spot pigmentation. It is very relaxing, but I find that lying down position is best because the bottom of the mask seems heavy on my neck and will leave a red mark if I sit up. I will update the results in two months because I did read that home light therapy masks take 10 to 12 weeks to see results in anti aging.

I believe this mask is a great value for the price. I love that it covers the neck area and all the color options. I was concerned that it was not FDA approved but GlassSkin customer service indicated that the mask was in the process of obtaining this approval and that it had the European equivalent. I originally got a defective mask. I called customer service and they were incredibly responsive and quickly replaced the mask. I have been using it consistently for two months and I have noticed a change in the texture of my skin. It is definitely smoother. It is easy to use once, and the charge holds for several weeks. I would say the only con is that it is a bit uncomfortable to wear around the neck area.

This is one of the best LED face masks! Very comfortable. Convenience of no cords allows me to multi-task while wearing for 15 mins. The timer is great and shuts off automatically after 15 mins. Dedication and patience and you’ll see results! All natural, no harsh chemicals is best for skin care ;-) Express Shipping does take a little longer than usual depending on where you live.

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. Good price. Many LED lights with sufficient power to them. The mask is relatively easy to use. The biggest disadvantage is its weight. It’s heavy. I’ve attempted to wear it in sitting or standing position but because it’s heavy, it pulls on areas of my face. Therefore, I choose to lay down when I use it. Even then, to prevent it from pressing on areas of my face, I prop its corners up slightly with a thin blanket. 15 mins goes by fast and is doable in this position. Besides the heavy weight of the mask, two other things could use improvement. 1) I personally wish the eye protectors were connected to the mask so they wouldn’t fall off. 2) The strap is stiff and difficult to clasp.

I use the red and yellow light and after two weeks started to see results already. My redness went down, I had some broken capillaries around my nose and they are disappearing, which was the biggest noticeable thing. Also my wrinkles have softened around my eye. I bought this for a fungal rash I keep getting on my face and my doctor suggested led face mask. I use red 15 min then blue 15 min everyday. After 10 days I broke out in a rash which is not fun but good because the light is doing its job, bringing it out and killing it. Now my face looks great, no more outbreak with the rash so far and my skin is looking beautiful. I love it. I did buy tanning goggles for better eye protection and really it’s nearly impossible not do anything while using the mask anyway. I just pray it continues to work without malfunctioning.

I love this product. Of course, always skeptical trying something new, but the Cleopatra Mask has proven itself to work fantastically and at a decent price compared to competitors. I purchased this mask after doing careful research on led masks that would help with uneven skin tone. Having red a number of articles, comparing different masks on the market, I decided to go with this one, based on reviews and recommendations. I must admit that I had a bit of a hard time starting the mask and, at first, I thought that it was not working. However, the expert staff at Glasskin Customer Service were able to assist me (special thanks to Kelly Goetz) in getting started. I have used the mask off and on for a few weeks and feel very relaxed after wearing it for 15 mins per day. I have not noticed a visible improvement yet, but that is to be expected. I hope that after several months of more regular usage I would see some changes. For now, I notice that my skin feels more relaxed and refreshed after I wear the mask and I have more energy, overall.

My husband and I have been using the mask for 15 days. We’ve done daily 15 minute treatments. Using red, cyan, green and white. Mostly red and white for me and green and cyan for him. I’ve been using the mask for about two weeks and I feel like my skin is noticeably smoother with less discoloration. Also I’ve been using the blue setting which I feel has been helping with my acne. The mask is a bit bulky but it’s not uncomfortable to wear. What really impressed me though has been GlasSkin’s customer service. The first mask they sent was faulty and they immediately sent me a new one and I got it in a couple of days. They have been so easy to work with and very accommodating. Read lots of dermatologists reviews on LED lights and the benefits. There are certain wavelengths that work. The Cleopatra mask checks all the boxes, affordable, works well, able to change the lights for different treatments and it treats the neck area as well. I primarily use for anti aging and psoriasis. My son's been using it to treat redness on his face and he's seen some results with just a few treatments. The GlassSkin company shipped quickly and my item was better priced than on other sites. I only recently received my mask (within the last month or so), so I am still waiting to see results. I use it about 4x per week currently. Seems to do just fine. One thing I did notice was that the red LED appears orange to me. However, it could be my eyes playing tricks on me, because in photos the led appears red. Either way, I’m going to stick with it to see how it goes! The customer service has been amazing though! Above and beyond.

The only thing my wife says she would improve is the to make the cups around the eyes more comfortable. She says when she tightens it up the eye cups hurt her eyes, so she has to wear it loose and sit down while holding it in place.

Overall great product, but they use USPS which is not ideal. Also, when I switch colors it starts flashing through all the colors for about a second each so I’m still trying to figure that feature out. Other than the learning curve and USPS, I think it’s a great product and I’m really excited to see how my skin looks after about a month of consistent usage!

The post acne marks are fading and my skin is RIDICULOUS soft! I put the mask on before bed on a clean face for 30 minutes and when I take it off I put on a retinol night cream.
BONUS: it helps me sleep? I am not a good sleeper and I fall asleep much easier after the mask treatment? Dunno, weird but it works for me!!
