Refunds are effective 60 days after post-mark of delivery. Eligibility for refunds or exchanges expire 60 days after post-mark of successful delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please email our support team at support@glasskinco.us within 60 days of receiving your order and return the product. Customers are required to coordinate and provide the return shipping. Upon receipt, a full refund will be issued for the full purchase price of the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
GlasSkin  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to provided addresses. Upon inquiry,  GlasSkin  will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Please be sure to check the entered delivery address and ensure correctness.  GlasSkin does not assume responsibility for lost packages delivered to the wrong address.
